The Kingdom Leadership Matrix (KLM) is a THV NATION Nation of Women mentorship program focused on Kingdom expansion and multiplication around the globe. I have the honor of being a Legacy Builder Mentor where I come alongside women as they are transformed into who they were always meant to be and postively impact the world around them.

KLM Mission
It is our goal to empower reformation-minded women to be actively engaged and L.E.A.D. (love, equip, activate, and deploy) in every sphere of cultural influence, restoring Kingdom prosperity to all nations. Women who are devoted to utilizing their God-given strengths to make a powerful impact on the world around them. Aligned with their positional authority and from a place of true identity in Ezer strength, leading over circumstances and not under them, bringing true freedom and prosperity into our homes, cities, states, and nations.
KLM is a program for women to be mentored as well as mentor women, allowing them to further Kingdom prosperity in every way imaginable. We provide an affiliate opportunity that allows women to not only have connection and community yet generate income as they lead their mentees and create
their own businestry.

KLM Vision
Our vision is to L.E.A.D. women from the inside out. Mentoring women with the Love of God, so they can love themself, and others. Equipping them with leadership and mentorship to rebuild a well-built house on the Rock and live prosperously. Activating them with resources, teachings, and training, Kingdom principles, and the ability to mentor other women while receiving Kingdom prosperity: body, soul, spirit, and financial. Deploying them in their original design into the Nations to influence and make impact. Restoring the Kingdom of God back to a prosperous state without painful toil. Supporting Women around the globe as they lead their family, city, and nations.
KLM Methods
To accomplish our mission and vision, the women of the mentorship community journey together through the Abundant Living Mapping (ALM), Principle-Based Leadership (PBL), and Tactical Leadership programs.
In addition to the self-guided courses, there are monthly Q&A and weekly Ignite Community Unity (I.C.U.) sessions that reinforce the knowledge gained from the courses and connect with one another at a heart level.
